Parker Francis

 Singer/Songwriter

Parker is a touring entertainer, singer, songwriter, musician, and bandleader from Arkansas.  His goal is to follow in the footsteps of other talented fellow Arkansans like Glen Campbell and Johnny Cash by being authentic and unique in his vocal styling and performance.

Parker grew up with a rock and blues musical influence.  He was around musicians within his immediate family, including his parents, brothers, aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Parker picked up a guitar as a teenager and the rest is history!

400 Performances: Parker is most at home on the stage with over 400 performances at various major venues.  Parker loves to perform in large venues seating thousands such as Arkansas’s Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino and has also paid his dues playing small bar gigs, parties and hotels.  Beale Street Memphis is a highlight for Parker due to his love of the blues.

4 Octave range: Parker’s 4 Octave range allows him to perform “cover band” songs from nearly every genre from pop, rock, country, R&B, and blues – from current hits to everyone’s favorites from the ’50s and ’60s.

Award-Winning Songwriter: Parker won the prestigious Bluebird Café Monthly Pick Contest, for his original song “I’m a Small Town.”  He was invited to sing 2 original songs at the Bluebird Café in Nashville, Tennessee.  Soundcheck Studios will also film a professional video of his award winning song.

Allen Kirk
Bassist
In the quiet corners of rural Arkansas, Allen’s journey into the world of bass began under the guidance of a local legend.  He once possessed a notable prowess, his fingers effortlessly dancing across the strings.  However, as life unfolded, the diligent practice that once defined him gradually faded.

By sheer luck, Allen found himself under the gracious wing of his new band leader, Parker, who, recognizing the echoes of past skill, continues to welcome him into the fold.  While Allen may no longer frequent the practice room, his presence in the band remains a testament to a bygone era of expertise, a silent nod to the days when the strings resonated with a different kind of magic.
